The room had green walls. It was nice. The bed was also very comfortable. I did sleep well in it.
I found no instructions for operating the TV. It was confusing. I also saw the bathroom extractor fan did not work. This led to condensation on the windows.

I appreciate the hotel provided a great breakfast for ÂŁ10. It included a nice swim in the morning prior breakfast and the pool temperature was great. I found the water to be clean. The bar area offered beautiful views and the grounds were amazing. I really did sleep brilliantly, and the sheets were lovely.

The pool is large. There are no lifts or ramps in the entire place, so this hotel is not accessible. There is also a small playground nearby.

My room had several issues. The shower sealant was moldy, the extractor fan had excessive dust. plus, the curtains had some stains. I WAS SO frustrated by these details.

the food in the evening was acceptable at a reasonable price.
the room had no extractor fan in the bathroom leading to mould i did ask for more tea one day it took a very long time i was also able to hear the swimming lesson going on below my room.

the location offered peace and quiet. i found the staff pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. the grounds were beautifully maintained. the comfortable beds and a good shower added to the experience, we loved the pool. but the beautiful grounds was nice.
I found the tap in the bathroom a little annoying, as it did not seem fully secure. It was a very minor issue.

the proximity to warner bros studios was amazing. it made getting to the tour easy. the quiet setting allowed relaxation. a short drive brought us to harry potter world.

The gardens looked beautiful and seemed perfect for events. The food for both dinner and breakfast tasted fine. My room had very clean bedding and nice, fluffy, white towels. I liked that the room included hand wash, shower gel, and conditioner.
My room only came with two paper cups. This meant I could only make one tea or coffee in my room. There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, so I could not hang up my clothes. The website mentioned a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, but the hotel only had a small swimming pool.

The reception staff were friendly and cute. The grounds around the hotel were lovely to walk. Breakfast was very good despite it being busy (there was a wedding the day before) and the staff were keeping up well with the high demand.
